Each wagon that is commissioned by you is designed and built to order.
Our team of local craftsmen hand build each wagon meaning that each wagon is slightly different; the human touch that we think is rather wonderful. This care and attention and use of quality materials means the Wildlyng will last many years to be handed down through generations.
We use local craftsmen who harvest the willows from the moors. They then create unique items for our wagons.
- Local craftsman Chris Beck who lives and works on the Somerset moors
- John Leach's Muchelney Pottery
With a high grade powder coated aluminium exterior and town and country tyres the Wildlyng loves the great outdoors.
By using top grade products we have avoided the use of plastic wherever possible. The pippy oak barrel top ceiling, woodburning stove and handmade furniture including withy baskets made by local craftsmen give the Wildlyng a wonderful traditional English interior.
Whilst the toughened glass watertight windows and solid door keep the changeable British weather at bay. You can even check the barometer to see what the weather is up to!
